Inside the privileged world of Mariah Carey's twins: Moroccan and Monroe get accustomed to the inflated celebrity lifestyle

By Chris Johnson

Spoilt rotten: Mariah Carey's twins Moroccan, left, and Monroe sit on a huge white couch in a room decorated with balloons, including some inflated letters reading their nickname Dembabies

Being the offspring of Mariah Carey certainly comes with its perks.

Just take a look at her six-month-old twins Moroccan and Monroe, lording it up at home in these cute family pictures.

The charming twosome look like they are on cloud nine as they recline on a giant white sofa with an array of colourful balloons behind them.

Suited and booted: Moroccan was dressed in blue with dinky tie while Monroe was pretty in pink

There are also some inflated letters spelling out their joint nickname 'Dembabies' - which their mother and father Nick Cannon affectionately call them.

In other shots posted by Cannon on Twitter, Moroccan and Monroe - known as Roc and Roe for short - keep up with the adorable theme.

A studious Monroe is pictured in one frame looking animatedly at a book, while in another Moroccan is a cool dude with a pair of shade swamping his little face.

Who's a cool cat: Moroccan, known as Roc for short, dons huge shades and a medallion

So studious: Little Monroe - or Roe - looks animated while looking at a book

But as young as they might be, these little tots are already making their musical debut, of sorts.

Mariah revealed this week that her son and daughter will be appearing in her new music video, When Christmas comes.

The duet will also feature John Legend. Speaking about the track, Mariah told Extra: 'When Christmas Comes - people need to hear the song; I think John Legend swung it home!'

She added: I think the fact that the babies are in the video is great.'

Speaking about her new svelte figure, after claiming to have lost 70lbs since giving birth, Mariah said: 'I have my clavicle [collar bone] back. I thought I had lost my bones forever. I couldn't find them.'

Comfy and cosy: With a bow in her hair and snuggling up with a blanket, Monroe looks nothing short of adorable
