Has Kourtney Kardashian welcomed her second child? Reality star tweets about a water birth

Kourtney Kardashian may have given birth to her second child.

The 33-year-old tweeted a cryptic message by posting an Instagram photograph on her social networking site on Thursday night.

The image was of a beverage cup from popular take-away restaurant Chick-fil-A.

Accompanying the snap were the words: 'Chick-fil-A and a water birth. No big deal.'

Immediately fans responded by congratulating the star.

The last time the eldest Kardashian sister, who has been due any day now, was spotted was on Tuesday.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star looked exceptionally chipper in a cute summery smock as she headed out for shopping in sunny California.

She visited Fast Frames store in Woodland Hills shopping area to pick up a Father's Day gift for Scott Discick.

Scott is the father to her son Mason, three, and to her second child thought to be a girl.

It was first reported that Kourtney was expecting a daughter in February.

'She loves having a boy but thinks having a girl would be perfect so she can dress her up and show her the ropes in life.'

Announcing the news of her second pregnancy Kourtney told People magazine: ‘This baby was unexpected, but it’s 100 per cent a blessing.’

Meanwhile the stylish fashionista recently revealed that ALL the Kardashian clan are going to be interviewed by U.S. chat show host Oprah Winfrey.

The episode will air in America in July following which the first episode of the brand new Keeping Up With The Kardashian series will be screened.

On her website Kourtney said: 'The whole family is going to be on Oprah’s Next Chapter this Sunday!!!

'We are all sitting down with Oprah Winfrey at my mom’s house for a family interview that will air 8th July on Oprah Winfrey Network.
