She's just treated herself to a £4,500 boob job, boosting her cleavage from a C to an E cup.

So you can't blame Frankie Essex for wanting to showing off the results in a plunging dress.

Out in London last night (Saturday) to celebrate her 25th birthday, The Only Way Is Essex star opted for a low-cut neckline a pink mini-dress.

The older sister of TOWIE co-star Joey Essex opted for a fuchsia dress by Liverpool boutique Ku By Spendlove.

She was introduced to the label by her cousin Chloe Sims, who regularly wears their revealing dresses to make the most of her 34EE chest.

Frankie started off the festivities at Whites bar in Loughton, Essex, before getting a taxi into central London to party at Cafe De Paris.

Accompanying her were her glam best friends Robyn McIver, Alex Hollingsworth and Claire Mitchell.

Posting a selection of photos of the girls out last night, Frankie tweeted: 'Love my best friend so much truly the bestest friend in all the world ♥ @alexbossyflossy I♥U.

Earlier this week, Frankie revealed she had undergone surgery to boost her cleavage.

She complained her chest had been left 'saggy' after she lost lots of weight.

She told Closer magazine: 'I've gone for a really natural shape and I love my boobs now - I feel like a new woman.

'I look like me - just even better! I'm totally in proportion'.
