It looks like Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez decided to take some advice from a classic radio hit.

For the pair opted to spend Saturday Night at the Movies in Los Angeles, rather than attending the fancy Hollywood parties over Oscar weekend.

The couple hardly blended into the crowd during the outing, especially with Selena showing off her slender legs in a very short sweater dress.


There is little chance a musical connoisseur like Justin, 17, would not be familiar with the 60s doo wop tune by The Drifters.

And they duo were surely glad they took a tip from the classic group, as they seemed to be having a wonderful time together.

Wizards of Waverly place star Selena, 19, looked fabulous in her cute grey dress, adding a touch of colour with a bright multi-toned scarf.

Her Baby favourite boyfriend went for a more preppy combination, wearing a baseball jacket, white T-shirt, jeans and Van trainers.

It was certainly an enjoyable day for the puppy lovestruck pair.

They had earlier swapped sweet nothings as they tucked into sushi in trendy Studio City, before making their way to Sherman Oaks for a film.

Despite being low-key on Saturday night, Selena did attend the Vanity Fair party last night following the Oscars.

The teen looked stunning in a flowing long silver gown when she turned up at the prestigious event - however Justin was nowhere in sight.

Helen looked a little tired but showed off enviably flawless skin with her new natural look, and threw her hair up into a careless bun.

She is clearly relishing the freedom of going au naturel, tweeting over the weekend: 'No makeup days are the way forward.'

The actress wore skinny jeans, studded loafers, a fur jacket and leopard print scarf as she strolled through Manchester city centre.

After seeing the pictures in the press Miss Flanagan tweeted that she felt 'embarrassed' and vowed to cover up from now on.

She looked a dream in cream for the Oscars earlier in the evening - but Cameron Diaz squeezed deliciously into orange to party at the Vanity Fair bash following last night.

The actress's Gucci gown, which boasted a simple basque with a dramatic train, seemed to show her minimal curves to great effect, but the Bad Teacher star truly dazzled in a Victoria Beckham design at the Sunset Tower Hotel.

And she wasn't the only one who made a quick-change for the after-party, with Jennifer Lopez, Emma Stone and Irina Shayk among those who opted for a second gown to hob-nob late into the night.

The 39-year-old star modelled the very bright dress on the red-carpet and found herself sharing a joke with tennis player Venus Williams as they both posed for the cameras.

She kept her make-up simple as she had before and her blonde crop stayed in it's chic blown out style.

'Never been so skinny and pale': Danielle Lloyd's weight plummets to 8st after emergency blood transfusion

Danielle Lloyd's weight has plummeted after she underwent an emergency blood transfusion after doctors discovered a blood clot.

The model posted a photo of herself looking pale and gaunt on her Twitter page today, admitting she is underweight due to recent health troubles.

The 5ft 7 brunette now weighs 8 stone, having lost 7lbs in one week, giving her a BMI of 17.5, meaning she is underweight.

The WAG, who is engaged to Wolverhampton Wanderers player Jamie O'Hara, has been admitted to hospital twice this month after initially booking in to have her breast implants removed.

However, after doctors had to delay the breast operation after discovering the clot and she received a blood transfusion after losing a lot of blood during the operation.

Having been out of the limelight for over a month, Lloyd tweeted a photo of herself today with sunken cheekbones.

She said: 'Never been so skinny & Pale!!! Need to get well & get a spray tan I think...'

And on Saturday, she wrote: 'I have lost 7lb in 1 week and not on purpose just wanna get better.

'So fed up!! Seriously just wanna feel myself again... Not seen 8st on the scale since I was 16 #somethingwrong.'

Having been released from hospital on Wednesday, Lloyd is being looked after by her parents Jackie and Arthur at her home in the Midlands.

Having given birth to her second child Harry in July prematurely, Lloyd revealed her post-baby body in a photoshoot in January and revealed she had gone from 11st to 9st and a size 8.

But after losing another stone in the past few weeks, Lloyd's dress size is likely to be even smaller.

Lloyd was initially in hospital for several days in early February, before being discharged on the 11th.

But she went back in on the 17th, where she spent six days before leaving again on Wednesday.

Lloyd admitted in January she was going under the knife to have a breast uplift ahead of her May wedding to O'Hara.

She previously went under the knife in 2007 to boost her 32AA size to a D, but admitted her breasts had changed since becoming a mother.

She said last month: 'I’d like to get my boobs redone before the wedding. They’re still in good shape, but they’ve stretched a bit due to breastfeeding. I’m a D-cup now and happy with that, so I want to stay around the same size.'

This is not the first health scare the family have suffered. In July last year, Danielle and Jamie's second son Harry was born 10 weeks premature and remained in intensive care for five weeks.

Dressed in a long red dress the busty blonde celebrity wore a pair of brown peep-toe platform shoes as she strutted down the street.

The mother-to-be said last year that she has no intention of taking the weight off her feet and vowed to continue wearing high heeled shoes whenever she could.

She joked to Us Weekly: 'I'm probably going to deliver my baby in these [4-inch YSL heels].'

However, Simpson may feel less chirpy when she catches a glimpse of her former self when her new reality show Fashion Star hits screens next month.

In an upcoming episode of the show, she is seen wearing a bright red dress, lots of jewellery and has clearly spent time in the hair and make-up chair.

The show is hosted by Elle Macpherson and gives contestants the chance to create their own fashion designs and then have top stores like H&M, Macy's and Saks Fifth Avenue bid to buy their clothing lines and put them in the stores the next day.

Father-of-four David treated his brood to a family outing at the Lucky Strike Bowling Lanes close to their Los Angeles home, perching his seven-month-old tot upon his shoulders.


Brooklyn, who celebrates becoming a teenager next month, walked beside them carrying a mammoth selection of colourful balloons - one of which Cruz appeared to have pinched from the bundle.

Ever the joker of the family, he wore a bright pink T-shirt with the slogan 'I Get My Looks From... ' - it was unclear what the final word was, but presumably it said 'Mother' or 'Father'.

Victoria was notably absent from the trip, as was middle brother Romeo.

The fashion designer has been a busy bee, gallivanting around various pre-Oscar events this week.

The following day, the former Spice Girl put in an appearance at the GREAT British Film Reception to honour the UK nominees of the 84th Annual Academy Awards.

Victoria will clearly be tuning in tonight, showing special interest in two certain individuals.

Talking point of the night: Sacha Baron Cohen made sure he was the talking point of the night by tipping 'King Jong II's ashes' over Ryan Seacrest, no mean feat at the star-studded Oscars

Sacha Baron Cohen used the Oscars to pull off yet another audacious publicity coup to promote his latest movie, The Dictator.

Initially banned by the Academy from pulling such a stunt, bosses finally relented and allowed the British comedian to take to the carpet dressed as General Aladeen, who promptly tipped an urn containing 'the ashes of Kim Jong II' over a furious Ryan Seacrest.

Cohen was quickly bundled away from the angry E! presenter in an unceremonious fashion. But what he lacked in dignity he made up for in humour.

Flanked by sexy military assistants carrying flowers, Sacha Baron Cohen's antics were a massive hit with everyone apart from his po-faced victim.

Cohen's latest creation received the biggest cheer of the night, and made himself the hottest topic of conversation in a matter of mere seconds.

Stars like Tina Fey waited in line to pose by the powder, and over at the Vanity Fair bash - Olivia Wilde mentioned in an interview that she hoped Cohen would bring the ashes to the party later.

It all started tamely for Seacrest when asked: 'Who are you wearing?'

Cohen replied gamely: 'I'm wearing John Galliano, but the socks are from K-Mart! As Saddam Hussein once said to me, socks are socks, don't waste money.'

Then he appeared to stumble and poured the contents all over Seacrest's Burberry suit.

The mixture, which turned out to be Bisquik pancake mix, coated Seacrest quite liberally, and he didn't see the funny side.

Seacrest then wrote on his Twitter page: 'My mom always told me to pack two jackets for red carpets, always wondered why. Now I know.'

He later added: 'A lot of people hitting up afterparties tonight...me? I'm hosting a pancake breakfast tomorrow.'

His co-presenters Kelly Osbourne and Giuliania Rancic were delighted, however.
Osbourne chuckled and said it was 'priceless,' while Rancic tried to comfort Seacrest by reminding him that he will be trending worldwide.

She has faced some criticism in recent weeks over her dull taste in red carpet attire during the promotional tour for her film In The Land Of Blood And Honey, choosing matronly gowns and drab colour tones over her previously sexed-up image.

But Angelina Jolie enjoyed a return to her old cheeky, provocative self last night at the Oscars, flashing acres of long, lithe leg in a daring thigh-high slit gown.

The actress' apparent determination to show off her enviable limb attracted the desired attention from fans, fellow guests and television viewers - but not all of it was positive.


While the 36-year-old sashayed down the red carpet before the ceremony, stealing the spotlight from Best Actor nominee Brad Pitt with her leg-baring antics, social networking sites were quickly heating up with thousands of comments about 'Angie's right leg.'

As she posed at different points along the red carpet the actress was captured continuously adjusting her Atelier Versace gown to ensure the cameras caught the leg from every angle.

The limb in question quickly became a trending topic on Twitter, with users debating over her enviably trim thigh, the slightly awkward and over-enthusiastic pose, and joking about the emphasis on her right leg in particular.

So far the account has attracted over 10,000 followers.

You thought it was over... guess again! The Salt star continued her evening of flashing the flesh onstage as she presented an award for Best Adapted Screenplay

And if fans thought they had seen the last of the limb when the awards ceremony commenced, they were certainly wrong.

Perhaps already informed of the hoopla by her people, or simply enjoying the attention, the actress continued to pose up a storm when she took to the stage to present an award.

Walking onstage to present the gong for Best Adapted Screenplay, Angelina stopped at the microphone for several seconds with her hand on her hip and that leg on full display again.

Asked what he thought of her posing, the actor said: 'She comes out and does this pose and waits until people get it, it was so great. The audience responded so wonderfully too, with whistles and everything.

'And then she laughed and took it in and went on with her speech. So who knows? You can never tell about these moments that pop up out of a show like this.'
