She is often lambasted for lip-syncing in her performances.

And while Madonna has been dancing up a storm on stage during her MDNA tour, it appears that she has also been strenuously straining her vocal chords.

So much so that the 53-year-old singer revealed some massive bulging veins around her neck as she took to the stage in Berlin this evening.

The Like A Prayer star over-exerted herself so much that they began to pop as she belted out a tune.

The blonde star was also sweating profusely as she strummed away on her guitar.

And it's no wonder why, as she had slipped into a very tight black costume featuring vinyl and Lycra.

Underneath the ensemble she wore a leopard print bra and her look was finished off by some fingerless leather gloves and a coat of black polish on her nails.

During the performance, Madonna stretched out on a raised platform where she showed off her ample cleavage in the outfit.

Throughout the show she displayed her usual antics featuring her signature sexy moves.

The pop star is currently on the European leg of her 80 nation MDNA tour, which kicked off last month in Tel Aviv.

The epic show marks the start of her ninth world tour and her first since her Sticky And Sweet set in 2008.

The singer changes outfits eight times, but her famous conical bra is the highlight of the collection.

And last night her daughter Lourdes Leon posed in her mother's famous attire and posted a cheeky snap of herself on her Twitter account.


This time around the designer Jean Paul Gaultier reinvented the bra and corset, layering it over a suit just as he did 22 years ago albeit with a few key alterations.

He told WWD earlier this year: 'We played with the ideas of a suit and a corset. But the corset is now like a cage. What I have done this time is a nod to the conical bra corset of the Blond Ambition tour but reinterpreted in 3-D, in patent leather on the outside with metallic leather on the inside. It's all about masculine and feminine, Madonna and Jean Paul Gaultier classics reinterpreted for 2012.'

The MDNA tour wardrobe, including costumes for Madonna, her 22 dancers, backing singers and band, was overseen by long-time stylist and costume designer Arianne Phillips, who has styled her last four world tours.

Other designers lucky enough to dress the Material Girl and her troupe were Jeremy Scott, Alexander Wang, Dolce & Gabbana, Fausto Puglisi and J Brand.

MDNA is scheduled to travel from Europe to the Americas before finishing in Australia in early 2013, where she has not performed in more than 20 years.

Arm-in-arm the couple entered the building where Kim regularly undergoes the painful procedure.

Athletes are famous for their toned and slender physiques.

But one of this year's Olympic hopefuls has earned the nickname 'Golden Thighs' because of his whopping 27 inch thighs- that's four inches wider than Victoria Beckham's waist.

When Olympic cyclist Sir Chris Hoy was measured for his Team GB kit last week he admitted to being bottom heavy and having to buy trousers two sizes too big.

The 36-year-old cycling star said his waist size remains a youthful 32-inches, particularly impressive given that he is 6ft 1in tall and weighs more than 14 stone but admits to having to buy size 36-inch trousers, just to accommodate his gigantic thighs.

Snugly clad in Lycra shorts in Union Jack colours, it is these thighs on which Britain's Olympic hopes rest this summer.

The same thighs have powered Sir Chris to win four gold Olympic gold medals, enabling him to reach a whopping 48.8mph on a bike.

But Hoy wasn't born with his phenomenal thighs and works extremely hard to maintain the legs that he hopes will carry Britain to gold this summer.

His winning physique is achieved through a punishing exercise regime and a 6,000-calorie-a-day diet.

For breakfast it's a bowl of cereal with semi-skimmed milk, chopped banana and honey, washed down with a fruit smoothie, an orange juice, a protein shake and a coffee.

Lunch is a meal-replacement shake and dinner is chicken, vegetables and a pasta bake.

Hoy spends three hours every day on the cycle track and two hours in the gym where he lies flat on a bench and uses his feet to lift weights of 35 stone, an incredible two-and-a-half times his own body weight.

This superhuman strength has also earned Hoy a second nickname: Hoycules.

New mum glow: Chantelle Houghton looks radiant and fresh as she leaves home for the first time since the birth of her daughter

Like most new mums, she's kept a very low profile since the birth of her daughter as she tends to her every needs.

But today, Chantelle Houghton was seen out for the first time since she gave birth two weeks ago.

And considering that this is her first child and have no doubt been given plenty of sleepless nights over the last fortnight, the glamour model looked fresh-faced and radiant.

Chantelle, 28, was snapped outside her home in Essex collecting a big cardboard box from the boot of her car.

She smiled for the cameras as she collected the package and made her way back inside the house.

Chantelle still showed a slight bump from her pregnancy but didn't seem to care, suggesting that she is no hurry to lose the weight.

She gave birth to her and fiancé Alex Reid's first child on June 17th although they have yet to give a name to their bundle of joy.

She wrote in her New! column: 'I'm so happy and excited my baby is finally here! A month ago I couldn't wait to have the baby as I was fed up of being pregnant but, as my due date got nearer, I decided I was actually happy for her to stay in there for a bit longer!'

As Wayne holidayed with wife Coleen in Los Angeles, the pair were seen catching up with the two Ashleys as the group made the most of the sunshine.
