She has muscles that rival the toughest of men and there’s little doubt Jennifer Nicole Lee knows exactly how to use them for maximum impact.

The fitness model was seen throwing some punches and showing off her own lethal weapons practicing martial arts in Miami beach earlier today.

The fitness model, 36, was seen showing off some moves and her defined muscles as she worked out in the sunshine.

Never one to miss an opportunity to flash some flesh Jennifer Nicole stepped out in a pair of knickers, a sports bra and a cropped vest for the exercise session.

To highlight her rock hard shape the fitness-enthusiast's top had the slogan Lethal Weapon written across the front.

The bright neon letters added an eighties feel to the outfit and Jennifer Nicole accessorised with socks and black sweat bands on her wrists.

She also appeared to have concealer, bronzer and lip gloss on for the workout.

Adding to her preened look she had her hair styled into an impeccable bun on top of her head.

And it seemed that the tiny crop top didn't show enough of her flesh and she was seen removing the item to work out just in her underwear.

Despite working out in the open air Jennifer Nicole didn't appear inhibited pushing her body into strange contortions.

Jennifer Nicole has recently been seen on set for Michael Bay's latest film Pain & Gain.

The film tells the story of a gang of bodybuilders who get caught up in an extortion ring and kidnapping scheme.

The explosive flick is based on a true story and also stars wrestler Dwayne Johnson adding plenty of muscle to back up Mark.

She was crowned Miss Bikini America after losing 80lbs following the birth of her second child.

And today fitness model Jennifer Nicole Lee showed just how she keeps herself in such amazing shape.

Wearing a pair of tiny bikini bottoms with the words 'Big Fun' emblazoned across the back and a stomach-baring tank worn over a neon pink bra, the 36-year-old raised temperatures in an already balmy Miami as she worked out at a South Beach park.

Nicole's tiny outfit showed off her supremely toned and tanned body, which she was perfecting as she worked up a sweat on an exercise ball.

And if her perfectly defined muscles are anything to go by, the message on her vest 'Strong is then new skinny' is certainly the mantra she swears by.

The mother-of-two paired her exercise gear with some Eighties-inspired accessories, including a pair of florescent sneakers, retro sunglasses and a set of giant headphones.

The pretty brunette spent time topping up her tan and then went for a dip in the ocean to cool down and gave a clear show of her incredibly toned body and killer abs.

Her weight loss journey and subsequent business ventures led her to even appear on Oprah and several television shows.
