Wilde night, Olivia? Actress wears same outfit... the day after date with new boyfriend Jason Sudekis

A change is better than a holiday: But Olivia Wilde did not seem to agree as she enjoyed a stroll with Jason Sudekis in the same clothes as yesterday


It appears Olivia Wilde had a wonderful time following a date with her latest squeeze Jason Sudekis yesterday.

For the Cowboys and Aliens star emerged from the Saturday Night Live favourite's New York abode today wearing the same outfit - a yellow polka dot dress and wool-lined jacket.

The Tron: Legacy star hid her eyes with sunglasses and wore a sheepish grin as she ventured out with the hunk in the Big Apple this morning.


The pair headed out to grab an early morning cup of coffee, with both wearing hats displaying hats showing off Jason's allegiance to his home state.

While Jason wore a University of Kansas Jayhawks sports team bobble hat, self-styled intellectual Olivia wore a baseball cap bearing Kansas City's initials.

The hats are significant, as they made their first public appearance together by attending one of the university basketball team's games last Thursday.

And they seem to have small wardrobes, as there the pair wore the same hats as during the game, except that time he wore the cap and she wore the wooly number.

Later the Year One favourite was seen leaving the building with a suitcase, which she handed to a waiting taxi driver.

This time however she had finally changed her outfit, donning a pair of tight jeans and a sweater, though she wore the same jacket as earlier.

It is the latest sighting of the pair, who were yesterday seen enjoying a romantic afternoon stroll around New York ahead on New Year's Day.

Brainbox Olivia, who changed her second name from Cockburn to honour flamboyant Irish writer Oscar Wilde, certainly seems to enjoy spending time with the A Good Old Fashioned Orgy star.

The 27-year-old actress and her funnyman boyfriend appeared happy and relaxed as they wandered around the city hand-in-hand in New York yesterday.

Jason, 36, was seen with his arm around Olivia's shoulder, a tender gesture that made them seem like a couple very much in love.

Olivia was dressed in a pair of light wash jeans knee high boots and a long black coat finishing off her look with a navy baseball cap.

Meanwhile Jason was seen rocking a double denim ensemble with a hooded jumper.

The couple, who have been dating for a number of weeks confirmed their relationship by stepping out at a Kansas University basketball game last week.

And if they were hoping to slip into the stands unnoticed their plans were scuppered when an announcement was made of their presence to the entire crowd.

As if that wasn’t enough the official KU Twitter account caught them on camera and tweeted a picture of the couple to the social networking site.

The actor and his girl were seen proudly supporting the home side with Olivia in a wooly hat while Jason stuck to a cap.

The pair were seen clapping and cheering the Kansas University team along as well as sharing a number of jokes.

Earlier this month Olivia was seen locking lips with another Jason, this time a Mr Bateman, on the set of upcoming film The Longest Week.

But it appears that the actress, who found fame as lesbian Alex Kelly on The OC, has been dating Sudeikis for a number of weeks.

At the start of December a source told Us Weekly magazine: 'She's come to the (SNL) studio at Rockefeller Center, and they've gone out to dinner after rehearsals.’

Olivia married her ex-husband Ruspoli in 2003 in secret on a school bus with just a pair of witnesses when she was just 19-years old.

The couple announced they were separating in February before Olivia filed for divorce on March 3.

Sudeikis has also been married before, the Horrible Bosses star wed 30 Rock writer Kay Cannon in 2004 but they divorced in 2010.

He has also dated classy Mad Men star January Jones.

He is a happily married family man awaiting the birth of his second daughter in real life.

But Jason Bateman was able to put that to one side as he enjoyed a passionate kissing session with Olivia Wilde on the set of The Longest Week.

The comedy favourite certainly seemed to be enjoying himself as he filmed scenes with the glamorous single starlet in New York today.

The pair got intimate as they enjoyed a romantic stroll in Central Park, albeit they were surrounded by the a film crew and cameras.

As they continued to record their romantic sequence of scenes, they also stopped at a book stand to browse at its wares, with Jason giving his co-star a touching embrace from behind.

No doubt self-styled intellectual Olivia will have loved filming this particular scene, as she is a massive fan of books.

Indeed, she even changed her second name from her family moniker Cockburn to pay tribute to flamboyant Irish author and playwright Oscar Wilde.

Jason, 42, donned a black jacket, shirt, tie, suit trousers and a fetching pair of brown loafers as he filmed scenes with his young co-star.

Meanwhile Olivia, 27, was outfitted in a heavy woollen poncho, short brown skirt and black boots.

Despite their walk in the park and visit to the book stall, the hard-working pair's arduous day of filming was not over yet.

After a quick smoke break, the pair also had to lounge around at Central Park's spectacular Naumburg Bandshell.

At one point Olivia, who first shot to fame as bisexual Alex Kelly on the The O.C, was so tired she lay her head in Jason's lap and appeared to go for a snooze.

No doubt romantic comedy fans are eagerly awaiting the release of The Longest Week, which comes out next year.

It follows the antics of Conrad Valmont, an aimless young man who lives a life of leisure in his parents' prestigious Manhattan hotel.

His life is changed forever however in the span of one week, in which he finds himself evicted, disinherited and end up falling in love.
