It seems Kate Hudson has a refreshing approach to losing her post-pregnancy baby weight.
While so many Hollywood actresses snap back into shape just weeks after giving birth, 32-year-old Hudson still looked curvy as she showed off her bikini body six weeks after welcoming son Bingham into the world.
Hudson donned a tiny white two-piece as she enjoyed a cooling dip in the sea while on holiday with her sons and fiancé Matt Bellamy on the French Riviera.
Ryder, said recently that there is nothing wrong with putting on a lot of weight during pregnancy.
She said: 'There’s nothing to be ashamed of when you blow up. I would be eating ice cream, and my mom would literally pry the spoon away from me, saying, "You’ve had enough to last you a lifetime!" '
Hudson added to Marie Claire magazine: 'Let me tell you something. It's an emotional roller coaster, having to lose weight. I gained so much - I was 185lbs (13st 2lbs) at the end.
'You actually experience how much energy is stored in that and how much emotion you actually hold in that mass. It is emotional, no matter how determined you are. It takes work to bounce back so quickly.'

Hudson and her Muse frontman beau Bellamy looked as though they were having a good time as they enjoyed a glass of wine during the break.
The couple are riding high after the birth of Bingham just last month, and have been regularly spotted showering each other with tender affection.
They have recently been venturing out in public with their new baby, who was born on July 9 in Los Angeles.

Proud father Matt revealed the adorable little fellow in all his glory on his Twitter account earlier this month.
Under the caption 'Family Life!' Matt posted the stunning photograph that shows his fiancé smiling whilst deep in conversation, as their newborn baby sleeps soundly on her shoulder.
Delighted Matt also took to Twitter to reveal he was 'so happy' after the birth of his first child.

He also explained their inspiration for the name, saying: 'For those wondering, Bingham is my mum's maiden name. Bing Russell was also Kurt (Russel's) dad. Family connections all around!'
The actress, whose biological father is Bill Hudson, has always considered Kurt, her mother Goldie Hawn's partner of 28 years, to be her main father figure.
His middle name, Hawn, is also a tribute to the baby's famous grandmother.
And Goldie, 65, is delighted to have a new member of the family.
She wrote on her Twitter page recently: 'Thank you all for your good wishes for the birth of our grandson! We are over the moon! Kate and baby happy and healthy! Blessings abound.'
